Location

I'm based in Central Oklahoma and frequently shoot in the metro areas including Norman, Moore, and Oklahoma City. If you're located outside of these areas, I'm happy to travel—just note that travel fees will be added to your final session price.

Payment

I accept payments through my secure invoice system, which allows you to pay conveniently via credit/debit card or Venmo. While I typically don’t accept cash or checks, exceptions can be made if needed—just let me know in advance.

Planning

Before we get started, here are a few things I’ll need to know:

What are the details of your project?
What will the images be used for?
Do you have a specific budget in mind?
Are you envisioning a particular style or aesthetic?
Would you prefer a studio setting or an on-location shoot?
Please note date, time, and location are finalized one week prior to your scheduled session.

Photo Turnaround time

The standard turnaround time for photo delivery is two weeks. However, in most cases, you'll receive your images sooner than that—I always aim to deliver promptly without compromising quality.
For larger events, additional time may be needed depending on the event duration, photo volume, and editing requirements. If I anticipate a longer delivery window, I’ll reach out personally to discuss the timeline.
Need your photos even faster? Rush delivery (1–3 days) is available for $80.

Refunds

If a cancellation occurs within 5 days of your scheduled shoot date, the full deposit amount will be retained as a cancellation fee. This helps cover time reserved and preparation already in progress.

Terms of Service

Welcome to Pics By Wali Photography. By booking a session or using photography services provided by Pics By Wali Photography, you (the client) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases where services cannot be rendered due to circumstances solely attributable to Laith Wali / Pics By Wali Photography.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and will be applied toward the total cost of your session.

2. Photo Usage and Licensing

Use of photographs for advertising, promotional, or commercial purposes requires a separate licensing agreement and fee, to be arranged in advance.
Licensing terms must be documented and signed by both parties before any commercial use.
Unauthorized commercial use of images is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Credit and Attribution

Pics By Wali must be credited as the photographer in all published works unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Credit should appear as “Photo by PicsByWali” or include a tag such as @picsbywali on social media.
Failure to provide proper credit may result in additional fees or penalties.

4. Delivery of Photographs

Final edited images will be delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe, typically within two weeks
In most cases, delivery will occur sooner than two weeks, depending on the scope of the project.
For larger events, extended turnaround times may apply. If additional time is needed, clients will be contacted directly.
Rush delivery (1–3 days) is available for $80.
Images will be delivered via Pixieset, Dropbox, or another agreed-upon platform.

5. Copyright and Ownership

All photographs remain the intellectual property of Pics By Wali Photography unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Clients receive a personal-use license by default. Commercial use requires a separate agreement.

6. Liability

Pics By Wali is not liable for circumstances beyond control, including equipment failure, weather, or other unforeseen events that prevent service delivery.
Film photography is offered as an artistic option. In the rare event of film processing failure, Pics By Wali is not liable. Reshoot options may be discussed with the client.

7. Model Release

By booking a session, you grant Pics By Wali permission to use images from your shoot for portfolio, promotional, and resale purposes, including social media, print, and advertising.
If you prefer to opt out of promotional use, please notify us in writing before your session.

8. Modification of Terms

Pics By Wali reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of changes prior to implementation.
